1. Create Order

You can create service orders using this form:

  • Select Customer: Here you can create or select an existing customer.
  • Select Date: Choose a valid date from the date picker.
  • Order Code: Each order has a unique code. You can change the code number if needed.
  • Status: Select the booking status.
  • Select Service: Choose or create a new service on the same page. After selecting, click on the Add Row button.
    • Price is auto-populated. You can change any field records, such as price, discount (fixed or percentage), and tax details.
    • Start/End Date & Time: Select the event's start/end date and time to assign the service.
  • Payment Details: Payment details are not compulsory. If left blank, the application will automatically set the payment status to pending, which will be shown in the Order List.
  • Email & SMS: Notify the customer about order creation details via email or SMS.
    Note: SMTP/SMS settings need to be set up for notifications (email & SMS) in the application settings page.
